Bug description:
When a non-maximised window is focused, the shadow beneath the top
panel is shown. Normally that does not look annoying, but when a
maximised unfocused window is behind the non-maximised focused window,
the shadow overlaps the maximised window’s title bar. That looks …
crappy.
