Autohide broken (always hides)

Bug description:
With latest upgrade in Precise, enabling autohide feature result in
launcher always hidden, even if no other window overlaps.
Expected behaviour : just like before last upgrade
launcher autohides when a window overlaps.
If window is opened or if no window overlaps the launcher, the launcher
should be shown.
