Title:
please bring back dodge-window-behaviour for launcher in unity

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
This is wishlist. Please bring back the option for dodge-window-
behaviour in unity. It was a great feature. I well know the arguments
  (https://lists.launchpad.net/unity-design/msg07665.html) but an option
for those who can handle it won't confuse any new users.

  Thx
  Karl
