Hyperlinks and mouse pointers not displaying properly

Bug description:
Since upgrading to FF10 The hyperlinks on pages have not been
displaying as hyperlinks, being none are underlined on hover (I
realize some do not do this by default), others not at all (See the
Google screenshot attached) and mouse pointers do not change to
indicate hyperlinks.
This can be really annoying in something such as a blog, where most
links are inline and formatted to look similar to the text. If the
mouse pointer does not change from the text editing tool it makes it
nearly impossible to find the links.
Will upload a few screenshots to demonstrate what i am talking about.
