What happened:
Software center crashed,
apport did its thing, then it showed a dialog "this bug has already been
reported as #849553...." and opened firefox with that bug
At the bottom (after several comments from the last days) I see "this is a
duplicate of #849745".
Problem: many user write comments on the duplicate instead of the
correct bug
