Thank you for your bug report, the keybindings for those have been
changed to ctrl-super-up,down and using super-up,down works correctly as
well in the current version, closing the bug

When using shortcuts like maximize window (super+up) and minimize
window (super+down) the launcher is opened and remains open
afterwards.
