Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce on my system (fresh Ubuntu install):

  1) Download & compile GIMP 2.7
  2) Start GIMP 2.7, check "keep in launcher"
  3) Close GIMP 2.7, icons stays in launcher
  4) Reboot
  5) GIMP 2.7 icon is gone

  Expected result:
  GIMP 2.7 icon should stay in launcher
