I had found the temporary workaround. First, follow steps 1 - 6 stated in the bug description, after seeing the error message, do the following:
7. After seeing the errors, do not close the "Users Settings" window, but try to change the account type by clicking the "Change..." button beside the account type. 8. Key in your account password. 9. If you are using an administrator account, best to choose "Administrator". 10. Click "ok". 11. Your full name will be changed successfully. This is just the temporary workaround.. I hope that the bug will be solved. I hope that I can change my full name without changing the account type, and if possible, without requiring my account to be administrator account.
