changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if
you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test

apport-collect 482639 and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

NM didn't find *any* networks after resume

Binary package hint: network-manager
Suspend, resume -> find absolutely no networks, have to restart to see
them.
Doesn't always happen, typically occurs when I'm not connected to a
network and suspend the laptop.
