changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if
you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test
it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running
apport-collect 481834 and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

Title:
  Network-manager can't connect by sierra aircard 775

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  I use Sierra aircard 775 with 9.04. It's work find but Now I had upgrade 9.04 
to 9.10. NetworkManager can find my aircard, can create the connect profile but 
I can't connect to internet. When I try to connect by networkmanager, the 
networkmanager icon run for a sec and then show me that "GSM network disconnect"
