itself.

It would be useful if you could provide more information, particularly
the version of Ubuntu that you encountered this problem with, as well as
any error messages or any other details that you can report to help us
to get a handle on exactly what went wrong with your update.

Title:
  Updated software from soft ware centre, now new version freezes, won't
  run programs, won't do anything

Bug description:
   I don't know if it is a bug, may be a kernel issue. I just ran
  security updates and when it was done the new version wouldn't run at
  all. is there any way I can undo the last update?
