Bug description:
We're seeing an unexpected amount of requests to the checkout_complete URL
for each subscription on the server.
There are many purchases that call the URL thousands of times, even tens of
thousands of times in some cases.
It's like if the purchase window were left open long after the
purchase is complete (possibly hidden?) silently firing a request
every 3 seconds refreshing automatically.
