after enabling wobbly-windows in ccsm expected the plugin to become enabled
4) happened instead
menu panel went completely transparent and all icons disappeared except for
the Skype one, disabling the plugin afterwards made the panel black and did not
bring back any icons. I don't think restarting GDM helps, I had to blitz a
couple of gnome folders under ~ to get back the panel on a default desktop.
