Bug description:
Unity's new alt-tab switcher supports arrow key navigation in the new
(hidden) down key window. However, arrow key navigation is incomplete.
Up should undo Down, meaning keyboard focus should return to the main
alt-tab switcher.
The main alt-tab switcher should support right and left arrow key
navigation which correspond to Tab and Shift-Tab respectively.
