Hello muyiwa, and thank you for your report. In recent version of Ubuntu
Software Center you have the option to view reviews in any language
(activated via a drop-down in the reviews panel), so with this you
should be able to see reviews for all apps that have them, regardless of
your language setting. Based on this, I'll close this bug.

Cannot view reviews
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Since upgrading to Ubuntu 11.10, i cannot view reviews on the software
centre. It just loads and then shows nothing. I have attached a
screenshot below showing what I mean. Everything else works properly.
I used to think this was as a result of my using a slow Internet
connection and that is why I haven't reported it as a bug till now.
However, I am no longer on a slow connection and the problem still
persists.
