since then and it's very possible that this issue has been resolved for

gather more information to help us to debug this issue, could you please
try running Software Center from a terminal window as follows:
$ software-center
Then then please paste any output in the terminal to this bug report.

Fail while downloading tha programm

Bug description:
While I' trying to download any kind of programs from the Ubuntu
Programe Center I keep getting a message that says: Fail in
transfering the programs. And that this action requires the
installation of packages from unknown sources. Sorry about the errors.
English isn't my native language.
