Disconnected VPN is visible as connected
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Sometime when I disconnect the connected VPN and quickly open the VPN
list, the VPN seems as connected but is disconnected (other VPN
connections are disabled). I can only click to "connected" VPN and VPN
is connected again. The list is ok after disconnecting.
