This i behavior is not great since not all people have unlimited data on their accounts. I have 5Gb / month and i dont want to waste it on background services when all I want to do is charge my phone. Most (if not all) new phones will use usb for charging and to always autoconnect when plugged into computer is hardly perfect. Steps to reproduce 1.
