issue? By your description, this seems like it may possibly have been
due to a temporary server-side problem, but I can't be sure.

If you are still seeing it, so that we can try to gather more
information to help us to debug this issue, could you please try running
Software Center from a terminal window as follows:

  $ software-center

Then follow the steps to reproduce the issue, and finally please paste
any output in the terminal to this bug report.

  Purchase in Software Center stops

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

  The "Your process is in work" screen after the Purchase login in the 
Ubuntu-Software-Center passes not, the app was not installed. 
  Since 3 July this problem occurs. There comes none apport screen and the 
software center don't crashes.
