We don't show the applet window in the menu anymore, so AFAIK this bug
is Fix Released -- if there is any other mention of NetworkManager
somewhere (because the name won't change-- you can't show spaces
reliably in a package name and other such places); then a bug should be
filed for that particular package or system.

** Changed in: network-manager (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Fix Released

Title:
  NetworkManager name (possibly) breaks GNOME HIG

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  I'm not sure, because I haven't read through the entire GNOME Human
  Interface Guidelines, but I think that NetworkManager should become
  Network Manager (with the space).
