Title:
When maximizing a window by dragging it to the global bar prevents
  showing of menus

Status in Unity:
  Invalid
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: unity

  Ubuntu Natty
  unity 3.8.6

  Steps to reproduce the bug:
  - Maximize a window by dragging it and releasing the mouse button with the
cursor being over the global bar

After releasing the mouse button, the window gets maximized, and since
the mouse is over the global bar, I would expect to see the menus.
Instead the global bar does not show anything (not even the title of
  the window).
