Bug description:
On Ubuntu 12.04 beta for ARM, OMAP4, on a pandaboard, creating a user
from User Accounts (system settings) creates user and it looks ok, but
only the latest user created is visible in login screen and in further
work in User Accounts. I set the password using 'passwd user', and all
three users exist, 'uadmin', created during installation, 'rsk' and
'tk', created later, but only 'tk' is visible. It all looks ok from
looking a the files (unique UIDs, UIDs > 1000 etc). Group memberships
  also look right.
