Valid drop icons on the launcher fail to unfold during the drag.
Follow the steps below to reproduce the bug:
* Add icons to the laucnher so that some of them in the bottom are folded.
* Add Nautilus icon too, making sure it is folded.
* Show Desktop
* Drag a folder icon
