[Test Case]
1. Open the HUD
2. Click outside of the HUD
-> Verify that the HUD is closed
3. Open the HUD again
4. Click outside of the HUD just below the border of the HUD
-> Verify that the HUD also closes

Original description:
Clicking outside the hud doesn't dismiss it.
This is inconsistent with how normal menus work, and with how the
launcher lens things work.
It's confusing if you accidentally opened the hud by tapping a key,
and are now wondering why the mouse doesn't respond.
