I'm not sure if this is the software centre not forwarding the new text
string to Unity, or Unity not handling the new string.

Bug description:
After I install something from the Ubuntu Software Center, the
installed application icon appears in the launcher bar, but its
tooltip stays forever as "Waiting to install". The proper tooltip is
displayed if I relock the application to the bar or, restart the
computer.
