Title:
Atheros AR242x/AR542x wifi reports "device not ready" after suspend /
resume
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
After first boot, the wireless on my Fujitsu Lifebook P1510 functions
well.
However, after suspending, the wireless adapter never comes back into
operation, with nm-applet reporting "device not ready". There seems to
be no option but a complete reboot. After a reboot it's back in
operation again.
Should I consider reloading some kind of kernel module to bring the
wireless back up, if so, how can I automate this, and should this be
triggered by the network manager itself on resume?
