Bug description:
The Launcher should auto-reveal only if files are dragged, generally from
places like Nautilus or the Dash.
When something is dragged from inside any other application, the hidden
Launcher should reveal itself only if the user performs the standard gesture
while dragging (currently, pushing the cursor over the left edge).
