Bug description:
The Launcher should auto-reveal only if files are dragged, generally
from places like Nautilus or the Dash.
When something other than a file is dragged from inside any other
application (e.g. text selected in a GEdit or a Browser), the hidden
Launcher should reveal itself only if the user performs the standard
gesture while dragging (currently, pushing the cursor over the left
edge).
