[USE_MODERN_COMPIZ_GL] [multimonitor] If unityshell is loaded then

Bug description:
Compiling lp:unity with USE_MODERN_COMPIZ_GL (and the gles2 compiz
branch), when unityshell is loaded then both monitors are
intermittently painted onto the second monitor (squeezed).
For the frames where both outputs are visible on the secondary
monitor, then the primary monitor flickers and does not update.
I think this might be related to the nuxPrologue/Epilogue code, which
is commented out in USE_MODERN_COMPIZ_GL builds.
