Bug description:
App Lens 'Rating' filter producing weird results
Problem:
Selecting "4 stars or more" (4 stars highlighted) in the rating filter should
show all applications with 4 or more stars. However no 5 star results are
shown when '4 or more stars' is selected.
Desired resolution:
- Selecting "[X number] stars or more" should display all the results that
have equal or grater than the selected star rating.
