Opening a task for ubuntu-mono: I'll need an additional set of icons for: nm-device-wired nm-device-wireless nm-device-wwan nm-vpn-standalone-lock nm-no-connection
To be the *light* variant in the dark theme (i.e. color inverse of the others in the theme). This will be used to display the icons in nm- connection-editor next to the label for each tab in the Ambiance theme. The radiance theme doesn't appear to be affected. This is somewhat related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /ubuntu-mono/+bug/541882; also see http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/SymbolicIcons. ** Changed in: network-manager-applet (Ubuntu) Status: In Progress => Triaged ** Changed in: network-manager-applet (Ubuntu) Assignee: Mathieu Trudel-Lapierre (mathieu-tl) => (unassigned) ** Also affects: ubuntu-mono (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to network-manager-applet in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/834495 Title: Edit Connections tabs have wrong-color mono icons Status in “network-manager-applet” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Status in “ubuntu-mono” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Click Edit Connections in the network menu. The tabs use the ubuntu- mono icons except that the background is light so the icons are hard to distinguish on Ambiance. Either the icons should be over-ridden to always show dark icons (ubuntu-mono-light) or the icons should just be disabled.
