According to the upstream issue, it is fixed in recent versions of ibus-hangul.
I'd also mark this as Fixed.
Since Ubuntu releases features older version of ibus-hangul is no longer
supported.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: ibus-hangul
scim-hangul did support the transformation from hangeul to hanja in a
very comfortable way. ibus-hangul doesn't support this or it's hard to
find. Any plans to change this?
