Natty is about to EOL. Does this problem also happen in Oneiric or Precise? If not, I'd mark this as Fix Released.

The good disposition should be local keyboard independant : http://www.cours-coreen.fr/index.php?page=clavier Tested with last ibus-hangul method in ubuntu and last updates of ibus from ibus official site the problem is the same, I suppose this is a problem in the inbus-hangul module itself (is not updated since ubuntu realease).
