I'm using Ubuntu; this is also mentioned in the description of the issue. Why would it be 'about Kubuntu'?

It connects perfectly to the network location but it puts a 'shortcut' icon (sorry for this terminology; I come from the Windows world) on the desktop, called 'username$ on 10.0.0.10'. Unfortunately I cannot rename this shortcut, which is quite annoying, since this name doesn't make any sense for non-technical members of my family. Even worse, when I add another bookmark to a different folder on this server it adds a shortcut with exactly the same name: 'username$ on 10.0.0.10', even though they point to different folders. I believe this is the same issue as reported in #109260 but that was closed no change. Please make it possible to rename these entries, or at least assign them the friendly BOOKMARK name.
