Reassigning to network-manager-applet, as that is where the name to
display is handled, notifyOSD is only the library called, thus it's not
notifyOSD's fault.

Bug description:
Ubuntu notification OSD shows connection name for a wired network as
per in the network manager setting. but in wireless netwotk ubuntu
notification shows SSID name instead of connection name.
Example
Edit Connections>>Wired>>Wired Network 1
ubuntu notification OSD displays Wired Network 1 connection established
but for Wireless network
ubuntu notification OSD displays the SSID name insted of connection name
