This issue was fixed in gutenprint 5.2.7-5, and later versions are
available in Precise, Quantal, and Raring.

This path is presumably correct for OS X but obviously not for Linux!
It is present in the /usr/lib/cups/driver/gutenprint.5.2 binary.
