Thank you for your reply,

Yes, I mean the jack detection is probably incorrect after re login. The
speaker is mutted correctly but no sound get out of the plugged headphone.

What I collected with ubuntu-bug is after re login. But during that,
ubuntu-bug suggested me to open alsa-mixer and checked the master
volume... So I did it (I only modify the volume of the master and of the
headphone). After that, everything started to work correctly and
ubuntu-bug undertook tests of the sound.

Tell me if I can provide you more informations.

Title:
Green Headphone Out, No sound at all after logout

Status in “alsa-driver” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I am running Ubuntu 12.10. After I start my computer, everything is working
fine with the audio. But if I logout and login back, the output audio (green
Headphone) doesn't work. You need to open alsamixer and tune the master and
headphone (it start working again), or reboot...
