Title:
Nautilus search result gets lost after doing a back, and forward
button operation
Status in Nautilus:
New
Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Binary package hint: nautilus
When doing a search in Nautilus, and when for example it takes say 10
minutes. After that you find your file(s), and for some reason, you
press the back button in nautilus, for example to view quickly
something you did before you searched.
Then you find that when pressing forward, the search results are gone.
And you need to do a new search. This can be pretty annoying when your
search took a long time to do.
I don't know if it matters, but in WinXP (yes the evil one ;o), you
can do back and forward to your search results, and the results are
still there.
It's the Hardy Heron version of Ubuntu. I don't have the version info
ready, as my computer is at work. So, if it's really important for
this bug juts send me a question, and I check when I'm at work.
