Dash - Discoverability of Dash problematic for new users

Bug description:
In user testing participants don't see the Dash Launcher icon. The
circle of friends icon lacks the ornamentation seen in the other
default Launcher icons, and has no inherent meaning.
Also in user testing, participants were confused between the Nautilus
and Dash Launcher naming.

Desired solution:
- Update the design of the Dash icon, so that new users are attracted
to it when they explore, and so that it successfully competes with
the other icons in the launcher
- Contact Rosie for the visual design and assets which solve this
issue.
