Title: Evince is too slow to zoom on a document Status in “evince” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Open the attached pdf document in Evince (1,2 Mb). Try to zoom 4 times successively => Evince hang during around 20s before being able to render the new view. Try the same with Adobe Reader => it is almost instantaneous Evince should be quicker!!!
