Title:
since update to karmic, evince does not print anymore
Status in “evince” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Binary package hint: evince
Since I updated to karmic, evince won't print anymore on my network
printer (no printer available to test it locally). Whenever I try to
print something in evince, everything seems fine, the jop is sent to
the printer and a little printer icon appears in the notification
area. However, the printer is not doing anything and after a while,
the little printer icon disappears even though no printing has taken
place. Unfortunately, there is no error message. Also, printing with
other applications like okular or openoffice works just fine. Thus, I
suspect the bug in evince.
