Although status is "fix released", I'm still having the same problem
with Turkish locale on ubuntu 12.10

Nearly all accounts, including gmail and facebook say "An error occured
while loading authentication page" in "system settings" -> "online user
accounts"

Changing user locale from system settings to English fixes it and allows
me to add accounts, but after the accounts are added, if I return back
to Turkish locale, empathy cannot connect and "online user accounts"
show the same error

Title:
online accounts have some issues with Turkish locale

Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Dear Sir&Madam,

I have an issue with the online accounts feature of Ubuntu. It looks
like people who use their ubuntu in English can use this (I've seen it
on omg!ubuntu), however my ubuntu shows a screen that there is a
  fault. Here is the screenshot.
