Bug description:
Any time donn't work Russian keyboard. Now i'm cann't write letter "у" or
"У", anytime other letters. In virtual keyboard i'm can it.
Ubuntu 12.10 on Hyper-V Server 2008 R2.
On Ubuntu 12.04.1 (and 13.04 alpha) i'm have this problem too.
