Title:
Totem doesn't build vegas browser plugin

Status in “totem” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
According to the changelog: "Disable Vegas "Flash subsitute" plugin as
it breaks Flash on some websites"

This is reasonable, but some users may prefer Vegas. Ideally, it would
be split-off into a separate binary package, so users who want it can
install it, and other users won't experience any Flash breakage.
