changes in Toem and Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your
problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a
lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When
you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by
running apport-collect <bug #> and any other logs that are relevant for
this particular issue.

Tote, cannot play a DVD which is playable in Canada

Bug description:
Binary package hint: totem
When I put a DVD which can be played on a standard DVD player which
works in Canada. Th error is as follows "Totem cannot play this type
of media DVD because it does not have the appropriate plugins to be
able to read from this disc." I am using Ubuntu. The application is
"Tetem Movie Player " The specific application "GStreamer " does not
have, nor can Ubuntu find the correct plugin to enable the DVD Media
to be properly played on my computer.
