Bug description:
Binary package hint: xorg
This problem usually occurs a lot when I am reading a PDF in Evince
but it can happen when I am just at the desktop as well. If I open
another program like Tilda that refreshes the screen then the problem
goes away. I have also tried running the sudo dpkg-reconfigure
xserver-xorg command and I believe the problem started happening when
I upgraded to 10.04.
