Title:
Screen Flicker on Intel 915 Video adapter.

Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

From what I've read this has been a lingering issue since somewhere
around the 9.xx release. I just wanted to let you all know I still
see this in 10.04 and 10.10. The screen will flicker severely after
about a day of use and resolves for most of the day. I've noticed
that the keyboard will not respond as well during flickers and letters
go missing when flickers happen mid typing.

This is the first bug I've submitted so I hope I've included enough
  info.
