Bug description:
  To reproduce:

  1. Open the dash and find a .png file
  2. Start dragging the file

  As soon as the drag starts the size of the icon that represents the
  file will change!

  Desired resolution:
  - when a user starts to drag a icon, the size or shape of the icon should not 
change
  - The icon should continue to be exactly the same icon that is displayed in 
the Dash
