I'm thinking it was a transient error from using the development
release.   I'll close the bug.  Please feel free to report new ones (or
if this reoccurs reopen this one).

  LibreOffice Writer does not start. I've made two fresh installs of Raring 
Daily.
  This is the error in Terminal:
