Hi Adolfo, I have only experienced these problems within Libre Office (I work almost exclusively in Impress so cannot comment on the other Libre Office apps), particularly with the Ubuntu Light font which displays as other weights and is particularly erratic. I have not experienced any issues using the font across my other most commonly used apps, such as the Adobe Creative Suite.
